I’ve completed the full map import, which is one of the biggest milestones the project has reached so far. This milestone is about getting the complete Arena atlas into the reconstruction—not declaring every location finished or fully polished.
Until now, much of the work has centered on individual locations and smaller test areas. With the complete map structure imported, I can finally review Arena as a connected world and work through its locations in a consistent way instead of rebuilding them one at a time.
The next step is a dedicated world-polish pass. Traversal still needs its final review, Shift Gate travel and returns need to be finished, automaps need their last cleanup, and the surrounding backdrops and interior spaces need to be completed across the imported world.
Once that polish is complete, I can begin preparing the maps for NPCs, enemies, gameplay systems, and the campaign work that will follow. The import gives me the full canvas; the next phase is about making that world connected, readable, and ready to inhabit.
There is still no public build or release date yet, but the complete map atlas is now in place and ready for that world-polish stage.
